This section will introduce students to the skills required in practical consulting, covering elements such as OR Interventions; Problem structuring; Who is the client? the Stakeholder Grid; Proposal preparation, covering costing and making proposals. "Experiential" stream provides practical outworking for some of these ideas.
To engender some of the skills a practicing consultant needs, in particular preparing and writing proposals.
